At the beginning of my fitness career, I was training people in my basement with a few dumbbells and a couple of kettlebells, choosing movements based on the fact my clients couldn’t put weights above their head (because of my roof was too low). 

I was still working full-time at a job I hated to fund my passion, and I felt stuck. 

How could I grow my business? 

How could I make this my full-time gig? 

How could I get the recognition and support from my friends and family that this was a job that paid and a career I could build my life around? 
I realized I could no longer spread myself thin in so many different areas. I needed to go all in on my fitness dream and figure this out. 

So I quit my job, created a step-by-step process to go all in, to market myself and my services, and developed the BEAST group-training program that would later revolutionize my business. 

I went from training a few clients in my tiny basement and not making enough money to support myself to running a fitness business in a bright 6,000 square feet facility, supporting 100+ members to improve their fitness and health, and an online training and nutrition program that makes money in the background. 

It wasn’t the easiest process, and took years of sweat, mistakes, and a lot of tears...and now I’m going to help you skip that part. 

This is why I’ve developed the Styrke Mentorship. An 8 week mentorship program that transforms your fitness business from struggling to sought after.
